Our ambition to accelerate growth drives us to seek a highly organized and proactive Strategic Sales & Marketing Support Officer to assist our General Manager LATAM in daily operations and drive sales and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in supporting potential-based sales steering, CRM development, and market-focused campaign execution in close collaboration with our European headquarters.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), based on-site at our Paulínia–SP office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day business operations, with a strong focus on sales and marketing strategy
  • Drive potential-based sales steering and performance tracking in alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate closely with our European headquarters to further develop and maintain our CRM system, ensuring its effective use across the organization
  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales-oriented marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making
  • Support the commercial team in data entry and report development to strengthen visibility and decision-making
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support executive decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Assist in inventory and demand analysis to support import planning in coordination with the supply chain and headquarters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Initial experience or educational background in the agriculture market is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or business analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus
