Production Manager (M/F/D)

Taking technical and disciplinary leadership of the production teams

Ensuring production quality, cost efficiency and delivery performance in line with QCD targets

Implementing and continuously developing the Lean Production system at the Lienz site

Coaching managers and teams in Lean principles and structured problem-solving methods

Coordinating infrastructure projects and external service providers

Contributing to occupational safety, environmental management and complaint-handling processes

A technical education in production engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field, for example from a technical college, university of applied sciences or university

Several years of leadership experience in production

Practical experience in implementing Lean Production or Operational Excellence programmes

Knowledge of relevant ISO standards

Ideally, a qualification or certification in Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence

Strong technical understanding and excellent organisational skills

Confident leadership, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop people and teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Very good German and good written and spoken English skills

A starting salary of €6,372.64 gross per month
