Production Operator (m/f/d)

What to expect

• Manufacturing irrigation sprinklers in various production areas

• Setting up and retooling production machines

• Operating fully automated robotic assembly systems

• Carrying out routine maintenance and servicing work

• Performing quality inspections, measurements and documentation

• Monitoring finished products and ensuring consistent product quality

• Contributing to the improvement and further development of production processes

• Operating CNC milling and turning machines, depending on your qualifications and previous experience

• Working in a shift model that offers planning reliability and flexibility

What you bring

• Technical understanding or practical craftsmanship

• Completed vocational training or technical school education would be an advantage

• Initial experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial

• A careful, reliable and responsible way of working

• Team spirit, self-motivation and a high level of commitment

• Willingness to work shifts

• An interest in further training and professional development

  Compensation in accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for the metal industry and a starting salary of €2,568.73 gross per month (Employment Group B – Production Operators) or €2,947.89 gross per month (Employment Group D – Skilled Workers), plus shift allowance.
