Production Operator (M/F/D)

Manufacturing irrigation sprinklers in various production areas

Setting up and retooling production machines

Operating fully automated robotic assembly systems

Carrying out routine maintenance and servicing work

Performing quality inspections, measurements and documentation

Monitoring finished products and ensuring consistent product quality

Contributing to the improvement and further development of production processes

Operating CNC milling and turning machines, depending on your qualifications and previous experience

Working in a shift model that offers planning reliability and flexibility

Technical understanding or practical craftsmanship

Completed vocational training or technical school education would be an advantage

Initial experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial

A careful, reliable and responsible way of working

Team spirit, self-motivation and a high level of commitment

A starting salary of €2,568.73 gross per month (Employment Group B – Production Operators) or €2,947.89 gross per month (Employment Group D – Skilled Workers), plus shift allowance
