What to expect

You will operate CNC milling and/or turning machines and take responsibility for reliable, precise production.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Operating CNC milling and turning machines independently

  • Setting up, adjusting and retooling CNC equipment, including tool changes

  • Carrying out quality inspections, measurements and documentation

  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing work

  • Monitoring manufactured parts and ensuring consistent quality and process stability

  • Contributing to the improvement and further development of production processes

  • Two-shift working modell for more flexibility

What you bring

You combine strong technical understanding with a careful and responsible approach to your work.

You also bring:

  • Completed technical training, for example in machining, metalworking, mechanical engineering or a related field

  • Initial professional experience in CNC machining would be an advantage

  • Strong practical skills and technical understanding

  • A precise, reliable and quality-focused way of working

  • Team spirit, self-motivation and a high level of commitment

  • An interest in further training and professional development
