Water distribution is a critical part of industrial water application, and the Trigon range is built with that in mind. Komet positions the line around strong distribution uniformity, including under low-pressure conditions. The hydraulic design is intended to reduce turbulence and pressure loss on the way to the nozzle. In practice, that supports stable throw performance and a larger wetted area where the layout allows.

Trigon 105 uses seven nozzle sizes from 12 to 24 mm, equivalent to 0.47 to 0.94 inches. The metric performance table in the brochure covers 2.0 to 6.0 bar pressure at nozzle. The U.S. table covers 30 to 90 PSI. Actual flow and radius depend on the nozzle and pressure combination selected, so the final setup should be checked against the product data.

The trajectory angle is adjustable from 10° to 26°. A 24° trajectory is shown in the standard performance presentation, and a lower angle can help improve irrigation efficiency in windy conditions. The brochure notes that each 3° reduction in trajectory lowers throw by approximately 3 to 4%. Trigon 105 is also available as a part-circle model and uses a 2-inch female BSP or NPT thread connection.

Published performance data were obtained under ideal testing conditions. Wind and other external factors can reduce actual field results, and stated pressure refers to pressure at the nozzle. Komet also notes that lowering the trajectory angle can improve irrigation efficiency in windy conditions. For application-specific checks, especially where water quality, pressure stability, or site geometry are challenging, it is worth confirming the setup with a Komet dealer.
