We ask farmers, technicians, and partners what matters most in irrigation today – and what challenges they face in their daily work. Many of you shared your views with us by entering our Experience Hub competition. When we asked what pressures are impacting farms today, many of you highlighted increasing regulation, price volatility, and rising input costs.
It’s clear that irrigation solutions today must do more than deliver performance – they must help farmers reduce risk, improve efficiency, and operate with greater confidence in uncertain conditions.
Today, we are pleased to announce our winner: Javier Del Pozo Rodríguez, RKD Irrigación, Spain.
Javier has worked in irrigation for more than 20 years and is currently based in Villanubla, Valladolid. As a technician and distributor trainer at RKD Irrigación, he works closely with sales teams and partners to support irrigation system installations and training worldwide. Over the years, Javier has worked in more than 46 countries across five continents, often leading the first installation of RKD systems in new markets. His work now also includes providing support and training to pivot system distributors across the FarmFront group.
Javier will visit our headquarters in Lienz, Austria, where he will experience our manufacturing and innovation processes first-hand – and continue the conversation that began at Agritechnica.
