Twin Ultra AP101

The Twin AP101 ULTRA is available with 9 performance taper bore nozzles. The verified nozzle range is 12 mm to 28 mm.

Nozzle choice should be matched to the required throw, available pressure at nozzle, and the site's water application target.

The fixed model uses a 44° trajectory. The Vari-Angle version allows manual adjustment from 15° to 45°.

Use the fixed version where the installation geometry is known and stable. Use Vari-Angle where pile shape, terrain profile, or site constraints call for more flexibility in stream trajectory.

The AP101 is shown with flange connection as standard in the catalog material. An optional 2 inch FBSP or FNPT thread is also listed.

The flange is described as a multi pitch flange. Final mounting suitability should always be checked against the site pipework and support structure.

Komet states that performance data are obtained under ideal testing conditions and can be affected by wind and other factors. Pressure values refer to pressure at nozzle.

Komet also notes that water hammer can damage both system and product, and such damage is not covered under warranty. The allowable operating range is specified in the technical table and should be followed during selection.
